Dr. Terry Weyman
Clinic Director, Doctor of Chiropractic, Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner, Chiropractic Sports Institute
Dr. Terry Weyman lives in Southern California where he has been the Clinic Director of Chiropractic Sports Institute for over 25 years. He graduated from Chiropractic College in 1989 from Cleveland Chiropractic College-LA and received his CCSP in 1991. In 2003 he finished his Sports Medicine internship at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs and in August of 2005 he was selected by the USOC to be the Team USA Chiropractor at the World University Games in Izmir, Turkey.
Dr. Weyman has been the Chief Medical Director of many professional and top amateur athletic events including the Professional Water ski and Wakeboard tour, Rodeo and Four winds Adventure Race. He has also been the Team Chiropractor for the National cycling team, and Team Luna Womens mountain bike team. In 1994 he was the Norwegian Alpine Ski Team Chiropractor for the 1994 Winter Olympics held in Lillehammer Norway. Dr. Weyman has been a post graduate faculty member of two Chiropractic colleges and an instructor for both CCSP and Diplomate sports programs held across the US.
Currently Dr. Weyman works with Pepperdine University overseeing all athletic teams alongside athletic trainers. He also lectures on Chiropractors roles in Sports related injuries both Nationally and Internationally. He has Authored more than 20 publications, magazine columns and 2 book chapters.
Dr. Heather White
Doctor of Chiropractic, Chiropractic Sports Institute
Heather White received her Doctor of Chiropractic at Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2005. There she graduated summa cum laude as valedictorian of her class. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiology through the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she focused her studies on developmental neurology and health sciences. Heather’s specialty is in sports performance and rehabilitation, along with family chiropractic care. She began her practice in Westlake Village at Body Logic Sports Therapy in 2005 treating athletes and children from all ages. While practicing in California she also served as the team chiropractor for Victory Gymnastics and co-doctor for Transcend Triathlon Club. In 2009 she moved to Denver, Colorado and began practicing at Lone Tree Chiropractic. In August of 2014 she decided to move home and join the highly talented team at Chiropractic Sports Institute. Dr. Heather White lives in the Conejo Valley with her 2 children.
Luka Mentzer, M.S.
Exercise/ Corrective Therapist, Chiropractic Sports Institute
Luka Mentzer has been an Exercise Specialist at CSI since 2018. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. Throughout Luka’s academic career, he has had various internships and work experiences that provided him the opportunity to work with diverse populations. He worked in CSUN’s motor development lab to help create and implement exercise programs for young children, he interned at Proactive Sports Performance where he worked with professional athletes, and he was the exercise director for a public health community exercise program where he created exercise programs for people with diabetes and those who were high risk for developing it. He also has a certification from Titleist Performance Institute for golf mechanics. While earning his master’s degree, he was concurrently teaching exercise physiology at CSUN, and was a guest speaker at George Washington University to promote the field of public health. Luka’s overall goal is to help individuals improve their movement capabilities through exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
Michele Weyman
Corporate Office Manager, Billing Specialist, Chiropractic Sports Institute
Michele is a graduate of California Lutheran University where she received her B.S. in Psychology. She joined the staff in late 2004 as our Office Manager. Prior to joining the CSI staff, she worked for State Farm Insurance Company for several years in the field of claims. She is well versed in the knowledge of insurance and care.
She has been associated with the Chiropractic profession for over 30 years and brings a sense of organization with an emphasis on patient care. She is multiversed in everything from Chiropractic Care for Children to Care for the athlete.
Michele is also the Billing Specialist for CSI and is happy to help with any questions regarding Health Insurance coverage and Chiropractic Care. If you ever have any questions please do not hesitate to contact her.
Mikaella Villepigue
Front Office Administrator, Chiropractic Sports Institute
Mikaella is a licensed esthetician with more than 18 years experience. After 10 years, she has come back to rejoin our family here at CSI! During that time, she played a major role in opening and running a successful boot camp gym. While there, she was able to share her passion for holistic, organic body care, and help people make healthy choices to get back in shape.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, hiking and especially cooking and baking for her family and friends.

Bailey
CSI Therapy Dog
Many patients have come to the office and seen Bailey. She is Dr. Terry’s dog but has been a calming presence for many patients young and old! Come by and visit with Bailey….she loves to be around people.

Dug has brought many smiles to patients faces and been requested to stay in treatment rooms if possible. If you want to meet the happiest dog ever, come by and give some attention to Dug!
