Sports Chiropractors hit the beach to care for Top

Pt. Mugu Naval Base —

The Doctors of CSI (Chiropractic Sports Institute) were selected to provide Sports Chiropractic care to the contestants of the 2nd Annual Point Mugu Surf Contest presented by Quick Silver which was held at the PT Mugu Naval Base last weekend. The event has increased in size and with the intensity of the waves that can arise at the famous base break, the organizers contacted CSI to provide care for the atheltes both pre and post competition. Dr.s Terry Weyman, Ed Green, Amir Mahmud and Derek Pelofsky were on hand to assist the athletes with injuries and to prepare them for competition. "We get the athletes bodies in top form to both avoid injuries and allow their bodies to respond at a higher level" Stated Dr. Weyman. Dr. Green and Dr. Mahmud have been also asked to care for the athletes in the up and coming 3rd Annual Malibu Invitational Surf contest held this coming weekend in Malibu which will take a new twist this year in raising money for Pediatric Cancer.
